Returns

If you should not like the items ordered or the articles have defects, you can make use of your right of withdrawal and the goods within 14 days return. The period of 14 days applies from the day on which the goods have arrived.

We only accept a return with new and unworn goods. The goods must be in the original packaging and any sealing must not be removed. Unfortunately, if the goods are damaged and contaminated, we cannot accept a revocation.

Printed and personalized articles, which were made at your request, unfortunately cannot be exchanged or returned.

If you want to make use of your right of cancellation, please contact us first via our customer support via WhatsApp or by email And tell us your concern. We also ask you to send us a photo of the desired return by email. After receiving your email, we will register with you as soon as possible and take care of your request.
